Two sources told the Washington Post that Musk made several direct attempts immediately after the tariffs were imposed to persuade President Donald Trump to step back from the sweeping global tariffs
However, President Trump has refused to heed Musk’s appeals, thank god.
Imposing these tariffs was in the best interest of America, but Musk cares more about his businesses than about the USA.
